Surf Movie Double Feature

Josh Pomer is an award-winning surf filmmaker known for capturing the raw spirit and history of California surfing. His acclaimed documentaries, including The Westsiders and Discovering Mavericks, chronicle the lives of iconic surfers and the culture around legendary breaks. Pomer’s work has screened at festivals worldwide, earning recognition for its authenticity and storytelling. On November 6 at the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz, he presents a special double feature: Eternal Stoke: The Chris Brown Legacy and Particle Fever: Barney Barron—two powerful tributes to Santa Cruz surf legends.
